During the planning of the Cottages on Willow Way, additional single-story living units were created to meet varying lifestyle needs of a growing independent living community. Located adjacent to the existing apartment complex and recreational amenities, the Oak Oval phase of development at Messiah Village provided six additional semi-detached residences in an underutilized part of the property. In total, the neighborhood at Messiah Village includes 43 cottages on over nine acres.
