Our services may include field verification and the documentation of existing conditions for your property using photographic record and measured drawings and including the documentation of utilities and services in the field as evident through visual examination and from existing documents. Furthermore, we may assist in obtaining the services of a professional surveyor to complete a land survey of the property including its orientation, meets and bounds, topography, built structures, utilities, and major vegetation.
